Cortlandt Teen Accused of Driving High on Panas Property

State Police arrested a 19-year-old Cortlandt Manor man for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, a Misdemeanor, Criminal Possession of Marihuana 5th Degree, a Class B Misdemeanor, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a violation.
 
He was found to be in possession of marijuana when troopers investigated a suspicious vehicle on the Walter Panas High School property at 12:15 a.m. April 5, police said.
 
A drug recognition expert was utilized to confirm that he was operating the motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, police said.
 
He was issued appearance tickets ordering him to appear in Town of Cortlandt Court on April 18.
