State Police arrested a 29-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated at 4:45 a.m. May 17.
Subsequent to a vehicle and traffic stop on Route 9 in Cortlandt, he was found to be intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content of .09%.
He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Cortlandt Court onMay 30.
