State police made a traffic stop at 1:49 a.m. June 1 on Route 9 in Peekskill.
They determined the driver, a 29-year-old from Beacon, was intoxicated.
She provided a positive breath sample with a Blood Alcohol Content of .15 percent. She is due back in Peekskill city court June 9.
