Wishing Mary and Frank Good Luck Tomorrow

I want to thank both candidates for having the courage and drive to run for Mayor of Peekskill.  Each of you have had to endure mud slinging, personal attacks from each other and many followers, and yet you still move forward.  I applaud each of you for stepping up.   

Because comments on the Patch tend to be negative, I want to write something positive about each candidate and I hope that anyone commenting on this post will also only post positive things.

Frank Catalina:  You are passionate about Peekskill and a fun person to be around and support the downtown. I wish you success. 

Mayor Mary Foster:  You are a smart lady who has established a strong track record in keeping Peekskill's finances in order during tough times and support a lot of community events. I also wish you success tomorrow on election day.

For her track record, I will be supporting Mayor Mary Foster tomorrow but want to truly thank Frank Catalina for putting himself out there.

But no matter who wins, let's all support that person and try to set a more positive example for the next generation in Peekskill (and who read the Patch).
