Peekskill Pastor Falsely Accuses Gospel Singer

Sunday evening, August 18, 2013,  veteran Gospel singer, and playwright/producer of the long-running Gospel musical, "THE GREAT DIVAS OF GOSPEL," Lady Peachena, received a despicable email from Rev. Lee Pallman, pastor of Annsville Baptist Church, located at 705 Hudson Avenue, in Peekskill, NY.
This is exactly what Rev. Pallman's derogatory email stated, "Your music is EVIL and it glorifies the devil. You need to get saved and start living for the Lord. Please stop spreading your false gospel and glorifying a president that HATES God and the Bible."

Let's be very clear, Rev. Pallman does not know Lady Peachena who is a Grammy-nominated songwriter, and composer of over 400 original songs. He does not know that she has been a loyal educator for almost 40 years with 2 Masters degrees, and she's almost completed her PhD degree in Education. He has never seen her play, "THE GREAT DIVAS OF GOSPEL," that's celebrating its 20th Year Anniversary of performances, nor has he heard any of her 10 self-produced albums. So, for him to carelessly state that her "music is EVIL and it glorifies the devil" is grossly ridiculous and dishonest!
Here are the titles of some of her songs on her newest inspirational CD, "I'LL NEVER LET GO OF MY FAITH,""Try Jesus,""Got Jesus? Raise Your Hands,"
"Faith Walking,""My Fortress Forever," which is available at: www.tatemusicgroup.com & www.itunes.com.

All of Lady Peachena's songs express her love and faith in Jesus Christ, and she's been singing Gospel music all over the world for more than a half century.
So you may ask, what prompted this nasty attack from Rev. Pallman? This is what happened! Lady Peachena's Gospel group, The Great Divas of Gospel, cast members of the Gospel musical, will be celebrating their 20th Year Anniversary by giving a special fundraising Concert next Sunday, August 25, 2013, at Beanrunner Cafe, located at 201 S. Division Street, in Peekskill, NY. So early Sunday morning Lady Peachena left flyers at several churches, including Annsville Baptist Church. Apparently, Rev. Pallman picked up one of the flyers, saw the group's website at: www.divasofgospel.com, and proceeded to send that disgusting email to her.
Rev. Pallman also falsely accused Lady Peachena of "glorifying a President that HATES God and the Bible," after he viewed a video of a prayer ballad, "Lord, Please Guide Our President," that is featured on that website. However, Rev. Pallman never really listened to the words of the prayer ballad for the song does not glorify President Obama at all. The song is merely a prayer song asking the Lord to lead and guide him at all times. Ironically, Lady Peachena did not write that song for President Obama, she wrote it originally for President Clinton in 1995 while her show, "THE GREAT DIVAS OF GOSPEL," was running at Harlem's famed Cotton Club.

Therefore, if Rev. Pallman was sincerely interested in that song, he should have inquired like a respectable person would do. Instead of trying to bring people to Christianity, it appears that Rev. Pallman is bent on a vicious campaign of alienating people which is probably why that church is nearly empty on Sundays.
