Will somebody Please tell Mary Foster that she is no longer the Mayor of Peekskill therefore, she is not entitled to park in the Mayor's spot on Nelson ave. next to city hall anymore, that spot is reserved for the Mayor, NOT "EX-MAYOR". talk about lack of respect, too bad Mayor Catalina wasn't around, i would of loved to see the vehicle ticketed or towed for parking in a reserved spot.
