New Mayor Botches Winter Parking
Why in the world are the Winter Parking Rules still in affect THREE DAYS after the storm?! The new mayor, Frank Catelina, is off to an inept start. There hasn't been a plow out since Wednesday, nor has there been a need for it since then, and yet we still can't park in front of our homes; it's ridiculous!
