New Catalina Plan

Frank Catalina added to his 3 point plan.  He now says “We want affordable housing for those needing it, adequate and empowering support for these facing mental health issues, training, education and employment opportunities for all residents.”

Empowering??????

This does not sound like a conservative.  This sounds like a NEW line written by Darrel Davis as part of the promises made.  First Catalina promised tax payer's buses for Darrel's dance group and now I guess he will raise taxes to pay for more affordable housing, free health care, jobs, etc.  This guy is NOT a true conservative. 

We knew that when he flipped on Gay marriage.  But now he is promising anything to anyone.
