COUNCIL PROCEDURES MTG LAST NIGHT

Mayor & Council pontificated for an hour last night on disruptive behavior at meetings but did not resolve to do anything about it.  A lot of hot air but no teeth.  Be prepared for future hijinx.  Also, Mary looked haggard and was dressed in a man's shirt.  Weird.
