Ms. Lee Ann Curtis of Peekskill passed away on Oct. 20, 2013.
She worked for the Peekskill City School District as a teacher aide for 16 years and 14 years as a Peekskill Day Camp counselor. Ms. Curtis is survived by her mother Helen Thompkins; three brothers, John, James, and Robert; two sons, Jrame and Justin; and seven grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Ms. Curtis is predeceased by her father Edward Thompkins Sr., her brother Edward W. Jr., and her sister Donna Gilyard. Family will receive friends at the funeral home (945 East Main Street in Shrub ) on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will take place at the Yorktown United Methodist Church (2300 Crompond Road in Yorktown Heights) on Thursday at 10 a.m.
