LaMarr Barnes Passes at Age 27
Barnes died in a car crash on the Bear Mountain Parkway on Dec. 9.

LaMarr W. Barnes, 27 yrs, a lifelong Peekskill-Cortlandt resident passed on suddenly December 9, 2011. He was working as a carpenter for 2 years and was a member of the Carpenters Union Local #275 of Newburgh. LaMarr was a natural comic and enjoyed spreading joy and laughter to family and friends. He is survived by his: father and stepmother, John and Lisa James, mother and stepfather, Carole and Jeffery Wilson, fiancée, Mari Peruyero, son, Exavier LaMarr Barnes, 2 brothers, Christopher and Kyle James, sister, Cassandra (Jeremiah) Tejeda and nephew, Mekhi Gray. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at the E.O.
