I keep hearing different theories on amounts of necessary exercise for young people (2-19 years of age). Some studies show that daycares don't have enough programs to keep the kids physically active (I don't know if I agree with that or not). Some studies show it varies based on ethnicity (I don't know if I agree with that either - how could this be a large enough study?) But anyway.....
What is the right amount and frequency? Even the CDC has something to say about this topic!
