Photography Workshop and Retreat at Graymoor

The Graymoor Spiritual Life Center is hosting a photography workshop and retreat from October 11 through October 13, with an optional day of October 14, Columbus Day.  

Come and explore the rich tapestry of the Hudson River Valley and Graymoor’s Autumn Landscapes with your camera. Graymoor is located on Route 9 in Garrison, NY..  Using nature as a backdrop, this introductory photo workshop is geared for individuals who wish to expand their photographic skills and artistic horizons. All photographers are welcome, including point-and-shoot camera owners. 

Photography instructor, Bruce Collins, will guide participants so they may experience ways in which personal and visual interpretations of nature can bring themselves closer to spiritual growth. There may be opportunities for independently photography as well as quiet moments for prayer and meditation surrounded by the beauty of nature. This retreat is especially beneficial for those in recovery.
