Hudson Valley and Victims Assistance Services, WestCop Inc., with a
special welcome from Legislators John Testa, Catherine Borgia and Mayor Mary
Foster, for an evening of empowerment and self care as we define and bring
awareness to the devastating effects of domestic violence. We welcome you to
browse local vendors who cater to health, wellness and beauty. Come sample
products, be pampered and join the Peekskill community in refusing to tolerate
