Do you groan when the alarm sounds, and drag your feet all day in school? Do you want to look and feel better? Are your eating and exercise habits not quite what you'd like them to be? TeenPOWER is a workshop at the Hendrick Hudson Free Library to help teens learn to live a healthier lifestyle. What we eat has an impact on how we look, how we feel, and even how well we do in school. We'll explore how food and physical activity can help you stoke your energy tank, safely lose (or gain) weight, and achieve a super-healthy body and mind! For teens grade 6 and up. Registration begins February 13.
