local author Robin Alpern (pen name Christine Allison) in readings from Degrees of Connection, her novel
published in 2012. Exploring themes of polyamory (many loves), Degrees of Connection follows Kerensa
and Ryan, who after fifteen years of happy traditional marriage, decide to
follow their bliss responsibly and honestly. They find more and more people
with whom to fall in love, and in bed. This Book Talk is the first in a series
of talks with local authors at The Field Library. Free of charge and open to
the public.
