Park you car in the commuter lot on Water Street behind Dylan's Wine Cellar. Stop in Dylan's if you'd like to pick up a bottle of wine to enjoy during the concert and receive a 15% discount off the regular price. Then board Stella, the Peekskill Trolley for a trip up to historic West Point for a Brass & Percussion on the Hudson concert. While on board there will be a wine tasting and discussion by Steve Zwick, owner of Dylan's Wine Cellar.
