New York State's smokers will soon face another obstacle while looking for a place to light-up.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo recently signed legislation banning smoking from MTA lots. The new ban will go into affect in a little less than three months. The smoking ban will include train stations operated by the MTA and LIRR.
Do you think this is fair to smokers? The ban was created to protect people from second-hand smoke while making their commute, did you think second hand smoke was a problem?
