The waters of the Hudson River were full of dragons Saturday as the Peekskill Celebration continued at the Riverfront Green. The Dragon Boat races drew large crowds of cheering supporters and spectators as the morning saw Cancer Awarenes teams racing in support of those fighting the disease. The afternoon races saw Hudson Community teams doing battle for bragging rights on the river.
The celebration also included music, dancing, exhibitors, vendors, arts and crafts, history, the Elton Brand basketball clinic, a homerun derby and fireworks.
