Auto Body Direct Repair Programs (DRP)

Direct Repair Programs may not be the right choose when it comes to having your vehicle repaired after an accident.

DRPs or Direct Repair Programs are a contractual agreement with an Ins. Co. and an auto body shop. An Ins. Co. can not force you or "steer" you to a program when you have an accident and place in a claim. It is your choose to have a shop that you want to do the repairs. A quicker turn around of repair (the shop writes the est. and bills the Co. directly) is an advantage of the program. But an the overhand, you and the shop may not have control over how the repair is done (the shop must follow the Ins. Co's repair criteria). This repair criteria is used for cutting cost, such as aftermarket or secondary parts that may void a factory warranty. It is important to be involved in the repair process. Know what and how your vehicle is being fixed and ask questions or stop by the shop.

Being in the Auto Body Industry for over 30 years, we hold our customers concerns first. We will not compromise our integrity by joining any of these programs. The customers' needs come first.
