RFP: ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES

 

The Peekskill Housing Authority is requesting proposals for Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services for two (2) passenger elevators located at 807 Main Street, Peekskill, NY, for a period of two (2) years.

Detailed specifications may be obtained from the Management Office located at 807 Main Street, Peekskill, New York on or after November 12, 2013 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or e-mail Shaun Lemister: slemister@peekskillha.com.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Management office at 807 Main Street, Peekskill, NY on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.

 

Proposals must be submitted to the Management Office by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, December 13, 2013.

 

The Peekskill Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
