Roundtop Development at Montrose Progresses
Here is a photo of what the development looks like at this point in the building process.
The project makes progress as the first building of four is almost completed. The construction of the 92 units of affordable housing began in mid-February. The buildings feature one and two-bedroom apartments offered only to households with incomes no higher than 60 percent of the area median household income..
Developer Bill Blater said that they expect to have people moved in by the end of the summer.
