What is a Barn Find

     A high school friend of mine had asked us to keep our eyes open for a 1966 Mustang , her preference was white with blue interior .  Of course always up for a challenge and we were given a budget to look in. She found a lovely red one and had us look at it , but the seller was firm on his price , which was slightly over her budget and it need some updates .  We told her we would keep an eye open for something and maybe get lucky and find just what she wanted .
     Which brings me to the second part of this story . As most of us are on social media , another high school friend sent me a message to see if we had, or knew anyone who might have in interest  in her husbands project car , that had turned into a dust collector over the past 17 years.  Needless to say it was a 1966 white Mustang . Of course we took a trip out to car feeling a little like a Chasing Classic Cars episode and there it was.  White with a blue interior as a bonus factory ac with a 289 motor. Picked up the car brought it back . Yes it needs a little cleaning which we will be doing and posting pictures of this project as we go along like us on facebook and follow our customers cars.
     It was nice to help out two friends one can now park in a garage for the winter. The other will be able to enjoy some memories of years gone by driving her classic car .
     There's something out there for everyone .
