Licensed Acupuncturist Margaret Steele offers an auricular (ear) acupuncture protocol for stress, pain, willpower, insomnia, detox and general well-being. This protocol is used in many hospitals for smoking cessation and addiction support. After five tiny needles are inserted in the ear, participants relax in a quiet room with ambient music.
