Spoken Word Series ~ Open Mic!

Yes, it’s all about the Spoken Word but sometime we have a musical interlude! And sometimes we’re lucky enough to offer AMAZING musical talent such as Adrienne Knauer!  You may have seen her at the Birdsall House but did you know she’s been playing harp for 7 years and graduated Penn State with a BA Music degree with a concentration on harp?  Or that she also completed a Professional Performance Certificate there after graduating?  She has played the piano for 16 years and the flute for 13!  AND, she is pursuing a Masters of Music this year!  Come join us in welcoming Adrienne as April’s Guest Musician for the Spoken Word!

This Spoken Word Open Mic Series is open to the public on the 1st Friday of every month and has been attracting seasoned & fledgling poets & writers for nearly 9 years!  Always something for everyone who enjoys the spoken word.
