Opening Reception and Dedication: "Embrace," sculpture by Albert Wein

The community is invited to celebrate Embrace, a Modernist sculpture by former Ossining resident Albert Wein recently donated to the Library Gallery by the artist’s estate. The four-foot tall wood sculpture of a young couple in romantic entanglement was created in 1956 as an engagement present to his wife and the Library is honored to be the permanent home of this intricate, beautiful work.
