Yes, it’s all about the Spoken Word! But somewhere in the middle of our evening, we have an Artistic Interlude! A sorbet, if you will, between the 1st and 2nd half.
Violin virtuoso Jim Pellicer hails from Briarcliff Manor, NY. He has studied music at SUNY New Paltz, Oneonta, and is finishing his masters at CUNY Lehman. Ah, the classics! Jim reveres the greats such as Bach, Mozart Corelli, and Chopin (as well as Radiohead and Queen!). Along with violin, Jim plays piano, viola and cello as well. Call him for music lessons in all of the above!
When asked about his choices in music he told me, “It’s the beauty of it” that moves him. Jim is a sweet heart and likes to quote: “Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened”. Come make it happen with the poets & writers and help us welcome Jim Pellicer as our Artistic Interlude of the evening!
Come see what everyone’s talking about!
