VIDEO: Kids Raft and Canoe at Furnace Woods and Blue Mountain Schools
Kids took the three feet of water in the school parking lots and fields as an opportunity to have some fun in the water before they get stuck in the classrooms again next week.
It looked more like one big lake than a parking lot or an athletic field at and Blue Mountain Middle School on Sunday, Aug. 28, after Irene passed through. The school grounds were 3-feet underwater due to the severe flooding.
