Here's a glimpse into some local happenings:

Monday, June 17

  • Peekskill Common Council has a special meeting regarding the appointment of Anthony Ruggiero as city manager at 6:30 p.m. There's also a Committee of the Whole meeting (On the agenda: a block party, Duncan parking meters and more). Find more information about both here.
  • The Cortlandt Town Board will gather for a work session at 7 p.m.
Tuesday, June 18
  • The Board of Education for the Peekskill City School District will meet. The public session is set to resume at 7 p.m., after executive business has come to a close. One of the items on the agenda, available here, is the principal selection process, and another is a public hearing on the Code of Conduct.
Wednesday, June 19

Friday, June 21
  • It's the last day of school for Peekskill students.
