Grants for First-Time Homebuyers

Community Housing Innovations, a nonprofit affordable housing agency, is providing down-payment assistance grants of up to $25,000 for qualified first-time homebuyers. Attend one of CHI’s free Homebuyer Grant Orientation sessions to learn more. There’s a session on Wednesday, March 26 at Chase Bank in Ossining from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
