Morning Fog; Winter Craft at Hen Hud Library; Planning Board

1) The Hendrick Hudson Free Library will host a winter project program this evening. Children will create intricate Moravian Stars that will make for great holiday decorations. 

2) The National Weather Service is calling for fog before 8 this morning, followed by partly sunny skies and a high of about 47 degrees.
