Fall Sports Meeting at Peekskill High; Primary Details

1) It's Primary Day! In Cortlandt, town board candidates—vying for two open seats—Debbie Carter-Costello and Seth Freach are squaring off against Domenic Volpe and Brian Pugh for the Democratic line. Independence Party voters will choose between Pugh, Volpe, John Lentini and Theresa Knickerbocker. Lentini and Knickerbocker have secured support from the Republicans. Shari Gordon and incumbent Gerry Klein, Cortlandt town justice hopefuls, are both looking to secure the Working Families line, according to reports. In the race for mayor of Peekskill, incumbent Mary Foster (D) and challenger Frank Catalina (R) are battling for the Independence line. Find your polling place here.

2) There's a fall sports meeting tonight at Peekskill High School for parents and coaches.
