Women who escape the everyday grind with yoga sessions might be on to something. The Bikram Yoga studio teaches students a series of 26 postures that have several benefits, including stress relief, weight loss, and back pain relief. For example, a toe stand (Padagustasana) is meant to create balance in your body and mind – which means you might be a much calmer mom after those yoga sessions.
